Support Polish colleagues working at the Polish company Mokate and who are struggling to win a pay raise and are simply asking for meaningful discussions with Mokate Management. Mokate distributes Lavazza products and despite good economic results, the workers have had a pay freeze for the past three years and unpaid overtime. The workers have given in in terms of productivity and they have just legitimately putting in for pay increases. We understand that 3 women workers who are trade union representatives, have been intimidated and suffered discrimination at work. Solidarnosc has called for the mobilisation of workers in front of the Mokate plant on 15 December.
