Enrico Somaglia, EFFAT expert responsible for the EWC negotiations commenting on the newly signed agreement: “We consider this new agreement as the foundation of a positive and constructive cooperation between EFFAT and Ardo Senior Management. It was a pleasure to assist the members of the special negotiating body in this journey and I am confident this European representative body will be an important asset and an added value for the Company as a whole”.

Among other relevant provisions, the Agreement secures the rights and prerogatives of the UK representatives also after Brexit.
