Dear Colleagues,
Thank you all very much for your profound interest in the EFFAT Women’s Conference on 5 November 2019 in Zagreb which took place on the eve of the 5th EFFAT Congress.
In total more than 80 representatives from EFFAT member organisations, IUF, IDWF, researchers, etc. contributed to the event!
We very much appreciated everybody’s active participation, commitment and input, your contributions and vigorous testimonies made the Women’s Conference a huge success!
We are happy to provide you with the results of the Women’s Conference and all other speeches and presentations made at the Women’s Conference.
The Women’s Conference confirmed the new leadership of the Women’s Committee:
- Suzann Dräther, NGG Germany, was elected Chair
- Margot Sastre, CCOO Industria Spain, & Debi Bell, UNITE the Union UK, were elected Vice-Chairs
The Women’s Conference thanked Marianne Landa, VIDA Austria, and Francesca Grassini, FILCAMS-CGIL, Italy, for having led the EFFAT Women’s Committee during the last Congress period.
